Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee helps cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- All Power Packages
- Custom Powder Coating
- Products Not Manufactured In House (Non PBP Products)
Return Shipping Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund along with the applicable 30% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are waived if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus the 30% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. In these cases, the restocking fee will not apply.
