Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

All orders will be processed in the order they are received. All orders can take up to one full business day to process. 

We ship through UPS. Once shipped, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days.

We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. 

LOST PACKAGES

Pointblank Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking is available, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier. If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact your local UPS to resolve any problems.
